MASSAGE HAS DIRECT PHYSICAL
AND PSYCHOLOGICAL BENEFITS

Physically Massage:
Increases metabolism
Hastens healing
Relaxes and refreshes the muscles
Improves the functions of the lymphatic system
Physically Massage:
Helps to prevent and relieve muscle crams and spasms, improves circulation of blood and lymph, thereby improving the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the cells as it enhances the removal of metabolic wastes.
Because blood carries nutrients to the skin, massage is beneficial in keeping the skin functioning in a normal, healthy manner.
Physically Massage:
Is effective in pain management in conditions such as:
Arthritis
Neuritis
Rotator Cuff injuries
And many other conditions
Physically Massage:
Can have positive effects on the range of motion of limbs that have a limited range due to tissue injury, inflammation, muscle tension or strain.
The client may have experienced discomfort or pain resulting in limited use of a limb or may have stopped using the limb.
The limb will need to be taken through the range of motion passively and carefully and the range increased gradually.

CONDITIONS GENERALLY RELIEVED BY MASSAGE
Almost all healthy people occasionally have some physical condition that can be improved by massage. When relief is obtained, there is also a renewed sense of well-being. No matter how well a client may be, a good massage will leave that person felling even better.

The following conditions are most

regular massage treatment:
